GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking experienced IT sales professional to increase the existing customer base for the company. The primary focus of the Executive Account Manager would be to develop New Corporate clients Selling Hardware/Software and Professional Services. The candidate must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. We are a results driven company looking for results driven people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting and qualifying medium / large business 150 seats or greater.
- Sell APNA IT Professional services in Networking / Data center services / Cloud services / Block Hour Service hours.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of Technology solutions and impact on business
- Ability to articulate verbally IT solutions such as Back up storage / disaster recovery / Virtualization / Networking
- The ability to identify an opportunity or discuss pain points with IT decision maker.
- Receive requests for service and products details from prospects and provide timely responses
- Achieves and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service
- Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM tool in a timely manner
Candidate must have
- 2-5 years’ experience in IT sales selling any of the following: IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting
- Proven track record of achieved success
- Developed book of business and key contact with IT Decision makers / CFO
- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision

Job Title: Network / System Engineer
Department: Service and Support Reports to:Service Desk Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Network / System Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Design and implement hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies that meet their requirements
- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions
- IT support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
- Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft
- Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
- Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
- Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

- Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
